Before returning a product, a Return Authorization Number must
be obtained from Grouchos Buried Treasures® by completing the Return Authorization
Request form below. The R.A. number should be marked clearly on the outside of the package.
PRODUCT RETURNS: NON-DEFECTIVE/NON-BROKEN ITEMS
Grouchos Buried Treasures® honors a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for non-defective/non-broken items. Items returned for credit must be received undamaged and in resalable condition. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
When returning non-defective products, Shipping & Handling fees are the responsibility of
the customer. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective, non-broken items.
*EXCEPTION*:Some items are "customized". No customized items are returnable under any circumstances. Customized gift baskets, gift baskets containing food items and treats are not returnable unless products are damaged during shipping. Customized collars crafted to your dogs exact measurement specifications are not returnable. We will accept returns due to mis-measurements on non-customized collars, but shipping costs cannot be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Please measure and choose collars carefully!
PRODUCT CLAIMS
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us
immediately for a credit or replacement at no charge.
Any claim of the Buyer with respect to defective products or any other matter must be reported within 15 days from receipt of
the order, otherwise claim is waived by the Buyer.
The product should be returned along with the original packaging and documentation.
If a shipping container is visibly damaged, file an immediate claim with the
carrier first, and retain the container and its contents for inspection.
RETURNS/CLAIMS FOR "PET JEWELRY BEVERLY HILLS" PURCHASES: You must call or email within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization number. Products must be returned within 30 days as the RA number will expire. Any products returned must be in the same condition as received and properly packed in order to be eligible for exchange. When returning non-defective products, shipping & handling fees are not refundable.
Note on Dog Collars: We do not guarantee dog collars against chewing, scratching,
excessive tugging/pulling, etc.
